Randall McDonald · Chairman and CEO · SIAA Canada
Randall is one of the founding partners in Omni Insurance which started in 1995. Since that time we have added 14 brokerages to the Omni business.
Randall has been in the insurance business for 19 years. He is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and holds the CAIB designation from the Insurance Brokers Association of Canada.
Randall is the Chairman and CEO of SIAA Canada Responsible for all aspects of getting SIAAC up and running in Canada and the ongoing operation of the organization.
He has worked on the local insurance association board for many years and served on the executive of local users group. He has also served on various company advisory panels.

Steve Cox · President Programs and Opportunities · SIAA Canada
Steve is one of the founding partners in Omni Insurance Brokers which started in 1995. Since that date we have added 14 brokerages to the Omni buisness.
Steve has been in the insurance brokerage business for the last 11 years , as well as working for AXA Canada while attending university. He is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and also holds the CAIB and CRM designation from the Insurance Brokers Association of Canada and the Institute of Risk Management.
Steve will be responsible for the forming and managing strategic partnership agreements with regional and national insurance companies resulting in significant increased earnings and equity appreciation for SIAA Canada Members.
Currently active on various insurance company advisory boards.

Bob Ward · Vice President of Administration · SIAA Canada
Bob has been working in the insurance industry as a broker since 1985. His most recent duties involved managing the main office of Omni Insurance, which he joined in 1999.
Bob has been involved with various insurance organizations over the years. He is also active in the community as a coach and has coached internationally.
As VP of administration, Bob will be responsible for the supervision of internal operations offering support and training where needed.

Christine (Chris) Noble · Vice President of Master Brokerage for South West Brokers Network
Chris has enjoyed a career spanning 15 years in the Insurance Industry. Starting as a file clerk for Pilot Insurance Company, she worked her way up to becoming a Property Underwriter. After three years in this position, she sought to widen her knowledge and experience. This landed Chris in several positions with Insurance brokerages located in the GTA. She left the industry for several years to pursue other interests and returned in 2006.
Her broker experience includes Customer Service Representative for V.I.P. accounts, supervisory positions and two years as a freelance broker.
In her position as vice-president of South West Brokers Network Chris is responsible for the recruitment of new members and the servicing of existing members.

Jim Masiello · Chairman · SIAA
As SIAA's national insurance brokerage alliance expands throughout
the country, Chairman Jim Masiello is a leading voice in today's
insurance industry. Jim is the founder of a number of Masiello Group
entities including Real Estate, Commercial Leasing, Insurance, Financial
Services and Travel.
As the founder of the Masiello Insurance Brokerage, he created
the Satellite Brokerage Network (SAN Group) in 1983 and the Strategic
Independent Brokerage Alliance (SIAA) in 1995. Jim has more than
30 years experience in P&C, Life and Financial Services and
Benefits. He is a former recipient of the IMMS Marketer of the Year
award, a former President of the New Hampshire Life Underwriters
Association and a Member of a number of insurance company advisory
boards.
Jim served as the Mayor for the City of Keene, NH for two terms,
was Chairman of the New Hampshire Board of Education, a Trustee
for Southern New Hampshire University and has been very active in
many insurance related community, political and statewide organizations.
Jim has also authored numerous articles and tapes on insurance industry
topics including brokerage marketing, cross-selling and insurance
distribution systems. |

Nick Pappajohn · President · SIAA/SAN Group
Nick
joined the Masiello Insurance Brokerage in 1984 as Vice President
and was responsible for the brokerage's operations and the development
of the first Master Brokerage, SAN Group. Nick was also instrumental
in the planning and development of SIAA's first distribution network.
Nick became President of the SAN Group in 1987 and SIAA in 1995.
Nick is responsible for managing SIAA's team of Regional Presidents
and plays a critical role in sales, service and training for prospective
and existing Master Brokerages.
A graduate from the University of New Hampshire's Whittemore School
of Business and Economics, Nick has held positions as a Loss Control
Engineer for Merchants Insurance Group and Senior Marketing Representative
for USF&G. He also serves on various insurance company advisory
boards.
